Order Processing Time

  • The processing time refers to the interval from when the customer submits the order to when the seller transfers the order to the delivery service. 
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days.

Where Can We Shipping to?

  • We only support shipping to the France, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States.
  • PO BOX and APO/FPO addresses, all countries are not available.

When will you ship my order after I order it?

Before your order is shipped, Sesdress has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Time: Delivery generally takes 3-10 business days, But this is depending on your region.

  • Free Shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. Free Shipping 0 (Order Value ≥ $99.00)
  • Standard Shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. Standard Shipping $12.99 USD (Order Value  $99.00)
  • Expedited Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited Shipping $24.99 USD

Please note: Orders are not shipped on the weekend and delivery times do not include weekends, holidays or order/product handling times. For urgent orders that If you need to receive at the appointed time, please contact us through support@sesdress.com

How to track your order?

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
  • Please note: During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, tracking activation may take longer.
  • Tracking updates may take 48 to 72 hours to reflect current package status.
  • If you experience any issues tracking your package, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team. We’re committed to resolving all tracking concerns within 48 hours.

How is Sales Tax Applied?

We do not charge any sales tax on orders.
