Sesdress sells standard-size and customized dresses.

Standard-size dresses, including those produced after an order is placed without individual customization, are eligible for returns within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized dresses made according to customer-provided measurements, personalized designs or individual alteration requests are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These restrictions do not affect rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
