If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

• Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.
• If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

• Steam ironing is preferred to remove wrinkles; avoid high heat to protect delicate fabrics.
• If hand washing is necessary, use mild detergent and cold water.
